1. Parties and Definitions
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between Global Pozitif ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") providing the AI Assistant Platform service ("Service") and you ("User", "you") using the Service.
2. Use of the Service
By using our Service, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms. The Service utilizes artificial intelligence technologies to analyze incoming emails and web chat channels, and to generate and manage automatic or semi-automatic response drafts based on department/assistant personas. You may not use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Data Usage Assurance: No content passing through our platform (email, chat, or database records) will be used to train or develop AI models.
3. Account Security and Isolation
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Data, assistants, and department structures of each company are stored completely isolated due to our multi-tenant isolation architecture.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". The accuracy and suitability of response drafts generated by AI are not guaranteed. The outcomes arising from the final sending, verification, and use of the generated responses are entirely your responsibility.
