Enterprise Subscription and Unified Credit System

All your AI expenditures on our platform are managed through a flexible and fair credit management model.

Unified Credit Pool

Your email assistant and web chat widget are not billed separately. All credits in your company's active subscription plan are gathered in a **shared credit pool**. Your assistants consume from this pool. When the credits in the pool run out, your assistant services are temporarily paused automatically.

How Token and Model Multipliers are Calculated

Every input/output unit (Token) consumed by AI models is converted into credits based on the model's cost multiplier. Models that do more advanced and complex reasoning have higher multipliers:

  • Gemini 2.0 Flash: Multiplier is 1.0x (Highly economical, fast, and ideal for standard responses).
  • Gemini 2.5 Pro: Multiplier is 3.5x (High-quality analysis capability).
  • GPT-4o mini: Multiplier is 2.0x (Advanced mini model).
  • GPT-4o: Multiplier is 10.0x (For highly complex processes or code analysis).

Example calculation: A chat containing 1,000 tokens using Gemini 2.0 Flash deducts 1,000 credits, while the same length chat using GPT-4o deducts 10,000 credits from your pool.

Credit Rollover Mechanism

Your unused limits do not go to waste! In active subscription plans, **unused credits at the end of the month are automatically rolled over to the next month**. Rolled over credits accumulate in your pool for up to 12 months.

Plan Upgrades and Limit Exceeded Behavior

When your credits or monthly email quotas are exhausted, the system suspends the assistants and stops reading/responding. A user with the Owner role can upgrade the plan or buy extra credit packages instantly via the panel. When a package is purchased, all assistants are automatically reactivated within 30 seconds.
