- Token and Credit Consumption Report: Monitor how many tokens AI models (Gemini, GPT) consume and its budget impact on daily, weekly, and monthly charts.
- Email Traffic & Response Reports: Analyze the number of incoming emails, the rate of automatically answered emails by the assistant, and average response times.
- Conversation Sentiment Analysis: Analyze the emotional tone of customer messages (positive, negative, neutral, or angry) coming via the web widget or email to identify urgent support needs.

User Activity Logs (Audit Trail)
