In accordance with data protection regulations (including GDPR), as Global Pozitif ("Company"), in our capacity as data controller, we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data within the scope of our AI Assistant Platform services.
1. For What Purpose Personal Data Will Be Processed
Data obtained from email accounts and web chat channels integrated via our platform (contact details, email contents, chat histories, and transaction data pulled via API integrations) is processed for the following purposes:
- Creating automatic or semi-automatic response drafts for incoming customer requests with the help of AI models,
- Performing email classification, automating routing, and managing workflows,
- Analyzing system performance, response times, and usage metrics to increase platform service quality,
- Establishing in-company department and assistant hierarchies to provide authorization and access security.
2. AI Model Training and Data Security Commitment
IMPORTANT COMMITMENT: No email content, chat history, customer data, or API query output processed via our AI Assistant Platform is USED for training AI models.
Your data is sent to AI models via APIs solely for generating instant replies to customer requests. In accordance with corporate integration protocols made with model providers (Google, OpenAI, etc.), this data is not stored for developing or training models and is deleted from model servers once processing is complete.
3. Transfer of Processed Personal Data
Your personal data is transferred only for the execution of the purposes specified above and in accordance with legislation:
- To relevant AI infrastructure providers (Google Gemini API, OpenAI GPT API) for generating instant responses and analysis,
- To secure cloud and hosting providers for hosting the platform infrastructure,
- To authorized public institutions and organizations to fulfill legal obligations.
4. Data Isolation and Security
Our platform is designed in a multi-tenant architecture, and each company's data is completely isolated from others. Databases, API keys, assistant personas, and department structures are protected with the highest level of encryption and authorization protocols. Regular audit logs are kept to prevent unauthorized data leaks.
5. Rights of the Data Subject
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Learning whether your personal data is processed,
- Requesting information if it has been processed,
- Learning the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
- Knowing the third parties to whom it is transferred,
- Requesting correction if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
- Requesting deletion or destruction in accordance with the legislation.
