As Global Pozitif ("Company"), we attach great importance to protecting the privacy and data security of our users while offering our AI Assistant Platform services. This Privacy Policy explains how personal data collected, processed, and transferred through our platform is managed.
1. Information We Collect
We collect and process the following types of information to provide our service:
- Account Info: Your name, email address, company details.
- Communication and Chat Content: Subject lines, contents, attachments of emails in the email accounts you connect, and all chats in web chat channels. This data is processed to generate instant reply drafts and perform classifications.
- Usage Data: Technical system data such as your IP address, browser type, visited pages, and access times.
2. Use of Information
We use the collected information only to provide and maintain the service, manage assistant and department structures, improve accuracy, and fulfill our legal obligations.
IMPORTANT: Email, chat, or API integration data processed by us is strictly NOT used, saved, or stored for training artificial intelligence models (Gemini, GPT, etc.).
3. Data Sharing and Transfer
We do not share your personal data with third parties except in the following cases:
- AI Service Providers: Message and email contents are transmitted over APIs to relevant enterprise AI service providers (such as Google Gemini API and OpenAI GPT API) for real-time response generation. These providers cannot use the data to train their models under our corporate privacy policies and enterprise API terms.
- Legal Obligations: We may share your data with authorized public authorities in the event of a legal request or court order.
4. Multi-Tenant Security and Isolation
Our databases are configured according to multi-tenant isolation principles. Any access to one company's data by another company's user or assistant is technically blocked. All sensitive API keys and passwords are encrypted using AES-256-GCM.
